It won't really hurt Bee, because I'll be eating painkillers like candy. It's just annoying because I have to stick rolls of gauze in my mouth for 24 hours... and for the next four or five days I won't be able to eat anything except yogurt and pudding and similar things.

Dude that anesthesia is fricken powerful... When I went to the hospital, I sat in a chair for a few minutes before a doctor came in the room and hooked up an IV into my arm... Then I blinked and I was suddenly back home and 11 hours had passed.

Seriously though, with all those medical advances out there, I'm almost dumbfounded that there isn't an easy way to stop the surgical wounds from bleeding. There's gotta be a better way than just stuffing your mouth with gauze and waiting for the blood to clot. :I

I have an interesting story for you guys.
As you all know, I had dental surgery last week to remove my four wisdom teeth. All went well, but I can't remember if I told you guys about my painkiller or not. It's called Codeine, and for some reason, it's completely ineffective on me. The doctors called it an unexplained phenomenon.
I'm supposed to take one every six hours, so I changed it up and took one every three hours. Still nothing happened. So this morning I decided to take two at the same time.
At first there was no change until about 20 minutes after I had taken them. By that time I had arrived at school. My vision went all blurry and I started to feel incredibly happy. I walked up to my locker and tried to open it, but somehow I misjudged how far I actually was from my locker and I just walked right into it.
It hurt, so the painkillers still technically didn't work. :I Their side-affects are something else, though. DX
