Count to 20 before a mod posts!

Basic idea, nonmods post a number until a mod posts. simple enough.
ex:
Nonmod: 1.
nonmod: 2.
Nonmod: 3.
mod: *posts something random, ex. Boo.*
nonmod: *rants a bit (optional)* 1.
nonmod: 2.
and on and on and on. post post post, mod posts, bit of 'awww' then you start at one again. Les comprendres?
GO! and dont tell the mods or they come eat us!

I remember this on the other site... But wasn't it every time a member posted, it went up by one, and every time a staff member posted, it went down by one?
