You can also use other names those people are known by like Flint is also Ace. If you really need to, you can make up a few words. By that I mean, they have to have a base word of a real word. Like you have a word that is like 'ry' and you want to say river you can say rivery.

Example: (going with a classic) Flint's breath don't smell like mint, can't he take a hint, that we know he eats lint? He always need to vent, look at all those dents! He bent up the one cent I sent so he could maybe rent his soul back. See, he ain't no ace, can't even run to first base, let alone win a race. Look at his face! It got smashed in by a mace.
